NATURAL, NEUTRAL FRUIT BASE
Polyfruit is a 100% natural product obtained through concentration of a mixture from grape and apple juice. During the production process the flavours of constituent fruits are extracted, which makes it neutral and universal by its character when adding it to any kind of clear or turbid drinks.
CONTENT: white grape concentrated juice, apple concentrated juice, Е-330, Е-211, Е-202.
DOSAGE: 2,1 kg Polyfruit in 1000 l final product creates 1% natural juice in it.
Brix: 60,0° ± 1,0° at 20°С;
Specific weight: 1,29 ± 0,01 g/ml;
Acidity,%: 2,00 ± 0,5, computed as tartaric acid;
1,71 ± 0,5, computed as citric acid.
CONTENT OF MICROBES:
moulds – spores <10/10 g;
bacteria at the day of production <100/10 g;
coliform per 1 g – not allowed;
HEAVY METALS, mg/l, Regulation Nr. 5 of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bulgaria:
arsenic < 0,05;
STORAGE: 12 months, (0°.5°С) in unopened tubes of 25 or 35 kg.
